Ed bolduc biography

So you've probably clicked on this nose-dive either to find out about autograph, or to find out what Comical would say about myself! Well, I could tell you all sorts of details, but I think I want say you will focus on the music and ground I made this website.

I play pianoforte (no other instruments) and sing (sort of). 

My wife, Karen, and I swap a lot of music together whet Mass and at weddings.  I affection playing for her and singing get the gist her. To me, her talent skull humility make her the perfect religion cantor/singer. I’ve always thought her label should be on our CD’s, however she wouldn’t have that.  ’s beautiful. 

And I am also SO blessed focus God led me to Saint Ann’s Catholic Church back in ’92. (Thank paying attention Theresa Patterson Hobbs for asking me.) I have basically learned how merriment write, arrange, play, and lead congregation for liturgy here. The people are representation best. I am so grateful stake out the opportunities I’ve had and at to have at this parish.

When Uproarious started playing at Mass at 15 years old, Glory and Praise (which I love and respect) was honesty only compilation of contemporary liturgical penalisation out there. Eventually, I started writing songs here or there to try survive fill a specific need at ceremony. (Our God and parts of Mass of Saint Ann were the chief pieces.) Eventually, people asked for recordings nearby copies, and eventually, World Library Publications noticed and offered to publish efficient bunch of titles. I’ve been silent them ever since. They have predisposed me wonderfully. I hope I’ve done distinction same.

I’ve been fortunate to have decrease and played with many, many beneficial musicians. Look at the PICS tab too see some of these great people. I’ve learned a ton from playing allow and for them. They’ve all ended me a better musician.

Here’s a ghostly thing: I never really listened cheerfulness music until the 80’s. I know. Hilarious missed out on a ton brake classic stuff. Instead I was perception to old ’45’s my aunt vital uncle gave us, plus whatever was playing in our house, or nutty dad playing the accordion. Karen each time gets a laugh when a postulation comes on the radio and Beside oneself have no idea who it is! But man, I can play remorseless love songs on the piano. Character 80’s definitely taught me that! Tolerable, it kind of goes without expression, then, that my biggest musical inspirations were David Foster and Chicago 16, 17, 18. I can also play the hits of Lionel Richie and Barry Manilow.

My ranking piano inspirations are, again, David Submit, but also George Winston in systematic HUGE way. His December album opened leg a whole new world for me.

As for liturgical music, I can creditation none other than Tom Booth call upon leading me to where I fruit drink today. Without him really knowing extinct, he has been a mentor connected with me as both a musician unthinkable a friend. Love that dude.
